Where we ship
We ship nationwide across the Philippines via LBC Express.
Order cut-off and processing time
Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM. Orders placed and paid for before 5:00 PM on a business day count as received that day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on a weekend, or on a holiday count as received on the next business day.
Orders are packed and handed over to LBC within 1–2 business days of the day they are received. You will get your LBC tracking number by email once the parcel is booked.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine national and local holidays.
Estimated delivery times
Once with LBC, standard delivery generally takes:
| Destination | Estimated transit |
|---|---|
| Metro Manila (NCR) | 1–3 delivery days |
| Luzon (outside NCR) | 3–5 delivery days |
| Visayas and Mindanao | 5–10 delivery days |
Delivery days are LBC's working days, Monday to Saturday; LBC does not deliver on Sundays, and delivery hours are generally 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. These are estimates, not guarantees. Transit time is counted from the moment LBC picks up the parcel, not from when you placed the order, and excludes our processing time. Courier backlogs and peak-season volume (such as payday sales and the holiday season) can extend these estimates.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
Delays beyond our control (force majeure)
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including typhoons, flooding, earthquakes, volcanic activity, fire, power or network outages, strikes, civil disturbance, road closures, port or airport suspensions, and government-declared calamities or lockdowns.
Where such an event affects your order, we will keep you updated and release the parcel as soon as it is safe and possible to do so. A delay of this kind is not by itself a ground for cancellation or refund once the order has been handed over to the courier. If a parcel does not arrive at all, the Transit damage and lost parcels section of our Return and Refund Policy applies.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout. LBC will attempt delivery and may hold the parcel at a branch for pickup if you are unavailable.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the recipient could not be reached or refused delivery, reshipment will be at your expense.
Parcels damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening where possible and report it to us within 7 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.
