Products and intended use

Clyde Premium Shoe Cleaner is intended for use on footwear in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. Read the instructions in full before first use.

Results may vary — please read

Footwear differs widely in material, construction, adhesive, dye, age, and prior treatment. We do not warrant that the product will produce the same result on every pair of shoes.

A successful result on one pair — or on four pairs — is not a representation or guarantee that the same result will occur on any other pair. Where the product does not achieve the desired outcome on a particular pair due to that pair's material, construction, condition, or previous treatment, this is not a product defect and does not give rise to a replacement, refund, or claim for damages.

We strongly recommend testing on a small, hidden area of the footwear before full application. Proceeding without a spot test is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability arising from or connected to any product or order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the item concerned.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including damage to, discoloration of, or loss of value in footwear or other items, where that outcome results from the material or condition of the item treated, from use contrary to the instructions, or from failure to spot test.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud, bad faith, gross negligence, or your rights under RA 7394.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by such an error. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Returns, refunds, and shipping

Returns, replacements, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete delivery and contact details. You agree not to resell our products as your own, misrepresent them, or use the store for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — including product names, text, images, and branding — is owned by Clyde Krent Co. and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on letsclyde.com at the time you place your order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the proper courts of Marikina City, Philippines, without prejudice to your right to bring a consumer complaint before the Department of Trade and Industry.
